1) Ownership & Brand

Vishwakarma Skills & Analytics (VSA)® is a registered trademark/brand of VINAYAVISH LLP. VINAYAVISH LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”) operates this website, its learning portals, and payment gateways. VSA is the brand used for professional and university-level training initiatives. USSEPP – University Student’s Skill Enhancement & Placement Programme – is a VINAYAVISH initiative conducted under the VSA brand through MoU partnerships, including HSNC University.

2) Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using any part of this site, registering, or making a payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3) Programme, Certificates & Modifications
  • Curriculum, trainers, batch timing, or delivery mode (online/offline/hybrid) may be modified to ensure quality.
  • Certificates are issued only on successful completion, attendance, and fee clearance.
  • VINAYAVISH LLP and partners reserve the right to withdraw or merge batches if enrolment or operational needs require.
4) Fees, Payments & Refunds
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store card/UPI credentials.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable except where explicitly stated.
  • Any dispute or double-debit must be reported within 3 working days to hr@vinayavish.com.
  • GST-compliant invoices are issued by VINAYAVISH LLP.
5) Classroom, Discipline & Decorum
  • Students must maintain decorum in online and offline classrooms – be punctual, respectful, and attentive.
  • Proper greeting of trainers/faculty is encouraged; unprofessional behaviour, foul language, or disruption is prohibited.
  • Appropriate dress code must be maintained in physical and video sessions.
  • The Institute reserves the right to expel any student for misconduct, plagiarism, repeated late submission, or violation of policy – without refund.
  • Assignments and projects must be submitted on or before the announced deadlines.
  • No plagiarism. All work must be original. Copying or AI-generated submissions without attribution may lead to disqualification or expulsion.
6) Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
  • All study materials, videos, presentations, and assessments are the intellectual property of VINAYAVISH LLP / VSA® and its partners.
  • No reproduction, resale, circulation, or sharing (digital or physical) is permitted without written consent.
  • Unauthorised use, copying, or redistribution of proprietary content is subject to civil liability and penalty up to ₹ 5 lakh under applicable IP laws.
7) Promotion, Reviews & Publicity Rights
  • Learners are encouraged to provide testimonials, reviews, or short videos on Google Reviews, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., after completion.
  • The Institute may use photographs, screenshots, or video recordings from sessions and events for academic or promotional purposes.
  • By enrolling, students grant VINAYAVISH LLP / VSA® a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use their name, image, or testimonial for legitimate promotional communication, without additional compensation.
8) Placement & Career Support
  • USSEPP and other VSA programmes provide guidance and placement support but do not guarantee employment.
  • Eligibility for placement drives requires timely completion of assignments, assessments, and attendance criteria.
9) Liability & Sentiments Disclaimer

The Institute is not responsible for any emotional, cultural, or personal sentiment hurt arising from educational content, trainer comments, or peer interactions. All examples and materials are for academic learning only.

10) Website & Payment Gateway Use
  • Users must not attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or interference with the payment or registration system.
  • Any fraudulent payment or chargeback claim will invite legal action under the IT Act 2000 and Indian Penal Code.
  • VINAYAVISH LLP and payment partners employ encryption and secure protocols; however, users accept normal Internet risk.
11) Limitation of Liability

VINAYAVISH LLP, its partners, mentors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation or website usage.

12) Privacy & Data Usage

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to that Policy.

13) Force Majeure

Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control – including natural calamities, Internet outages, or government restrictions – shall not constitute a breach.

14) Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued usage after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts where VINAYAVISH LLP is registered.
