Vishwakarma Skills & Analytics (VSA)® is a registered trademark/brand of VINAYAVISH LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”), a registered LLP under Indian law. VSA is used as the public-facing brand for skill-building, analytics, and employability programmes conducted with universities and institutions.
VINAYAVISH LLP operates the USSEPP – University Student’s Skill Enhancement & Placement Programme, a VINAYAVISH initiative under MoU with HSNC University and other partners.
2) Scope
This Privacy Policy governs all our websites, training portals, registration systems, forms, and payment gateways associated with VSA®, VINAYAVISH LLP, and the USSEPP Programme.

5) Media, Testimonials & Promotions
- By enrolling, students consent that their name, photograph, recorded sessions, or testimonials (written/video/social media) may be used by VINAYAVISH LLP / VSA® for legitimate academic, placement, or promotional use.
- Testimonials may include Google Reviews, LinkedIn or Instagram posts, feedback forms, and event photographs.
- No sensitive personal data (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) will be published without explicit written permission.
6) Data Sharing
- Partner Institutions: Shared with HSNC University or academic collaborators for verification, reporting, or joint certification purposes.
- Service Providers: Hosting, email, payment, LMS, or analytics providers under strict data-processing agreements.
- Legal or Regulatory: Disclosed only when required by law, court order, or statutory authority.
7) Data Retention
Student data, including performance records, certificates, and attendance, may be retained for academic audit, verification, and compliance purposes. When no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
8) Data Security
We use encryption, secure servers, and access controls to safeguard information. No online platform is 100% secure; however, we continuously upgrade infrastructure to ensure reasonable protection against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
9) User Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and refrain from sharing account access.
- Ensure originality in assignments or project uploads – no plagiarism or content violations.
- Do not upload copyrighted third-party materials without proper authorization.
10) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies for session management, security, and analytics (to improve content performance). Users can disable cookies in browser settings, but certain features may not function properly thereafter.
11) Legal Rights & Access Requests

- All study materials, course videos, and training assets are intellectual property of VINAYAVISH LLP / VSA® and partners.

- Violation or misuse of intellectual property may attract civil liability and penalties up to ₹5,00,000 under Indian law.
13) Sentiment, Conduct & Classroom Recordings
Learning content and discussions are purely educational. VINAYAVISH LLP is not responsible for any perceived offence or emotional distress arising from academic material, examples, or peer communication. Online sessions may be recorded for academic, compliance, or quality-improvement purposes.
14) Payment & Transaction Security
- Payments are processed via reputed gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
- We do not store complete payment credentials.
- Any transaction dispute must be reported within 3 working days to hr@vinayavish.com.
15) Updates to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. The revision date will be indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of courts where VINAYAVISH LLP is registered.
