Refund Policy

Transparent fee and refund guidelines for VSA® programmes.

1) General Guideline

At Vishwakarma Skills & Analytics (VSA)® / VINAYAVISH LLP, we strive to provide high-quality professional and academic training. However, due to the nature of our resources, trainer commitments, and limited batch slots, we have a strict refund policy.

2) Non-Refundable Nature

Unless expressly stated in a specific course MoU or offer letter, all fees paid for registration, tuition, or assessment are non-refundable. This includes partial payments or booking amounts.

3) Situations with No Refund
  • Student withdrawal after batch commencement.
  • Failure to attend sessions (online or offline).
  • Expulsion due to misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
  • Dissatisfaction with the curriculum or trainers (all details are provided/demoed prior to enrolment).
4) Exception Cases (Partial Refund/Credit)

In extremely rare cases, such as medical emergencies (with valid proof) or programme cancellation by the Institute without a reschedule, a partial refund or "Credit Note" for future batches may be issued at the sole discretion of the Management.

5) Double Payments / Transaction Errors

If a student is charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch, the excess amount will be refunded after verification by our payment gateway partner. Such issues must be reported to hr@vinayavish.com within 3 working days.

6) Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment source.
