Cancellation & Transfer

Rules for batch cancellation, rescheduling, or student transfers.

1) Cancellation by Student

Students wishing to cancel their enrolment must do so at least 7 days prior to batch commencement for any consideration of partial credit. As per our Refund Policy, no cash refunds apply.

2) Rescheduling or Cancellation by VSA / VINAYAVISH LLP

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a batch due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or logistical reasons. In such cases:

  • Students will be offered a seat in a future batch.
  • A full refund will be processed if a suitable future batch cannot be provided.
3) Batch Transfer Policy

Enrolled students may request a one-time transfer to a later batch of the same course, provided the request is made 5 days before the current batch starts and a seat is available in the target batch. An administrative fee (if applicable) may be charged.

4) Transfer of Enrolment to Another Person

Fee or enrolment cannot be transferred to another student or person under any circumstances.

5) Force Majeure

Cancellations due to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government mandates are subject to rescheduling without liability for refund.
